В рамках програми Erasmus + International Credit Mobility спільно з Близькосхідним Технічним Університетом, м. Анкара, Туреччина (METU) оголошується прийом заявок на отримання стипендій для студентів – бакалаврів та аспірантів на весняний семестр 2016-2017 року навчання.

 

   Обов'язкова вимога в рамках програми - рівень володіння англійською мовою не нижче В1.

 Для подачі заявки необхідно надати до центру міжнародної діяльності та освіти наступні документи:

- Сертифікат знання мови (можливо пройти внутрішнє тестування в Університеті та надати підтвердження знання за формою у додатку - English proficiency document)

- Переклад оцінок (Transcript of records)

Мотиваційний лист (Statement of purpose)

- Рекомендаційний лист

- Копію закордонного паспорту (за наявності)

- Попередній план навчання в приймаючому університеті

Key Action 1
– Mobility for learners and staff –
Higher Education Student and Staff Mobility
based on the Inter-institutional agreement 2015-2017 between the Faculty of Economics, VŠB-Technical University in Ostrava, the Czech Republic and the Faculty of Economics and Entrepreneurship, O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv, Ukraine
 
The Faculty of Economics, VŠB-Technical University in Ostrava, the Czech Republic and the Faculty of Economics and Entrepreneurship, O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv, Ukraine, announces a call for applications to select candidates for the exchange of students in terms of the Erasmus+ programme, Key Action 1 – Mobility for learners and staff –Higher Education Student and Staff Mobility.
The selection process will be impartial, transparent, based on merit and equal opportunities principles. All the applications will be submitted by email and will be evaluated by the Program Management Committees at partner universities. 
For the academic years of 2015-2016 and 2016-2017, the following number of candidates will be selected by types of mobility:
- 2 undergraduate students;
- 2 master’s students;
- 1 doctorate student.
 
The duration of mobility for all types is 5 months. The mobility should start no later than 1st February 2016 for undergraduate students and 7th September 2016 for master’s and doctorate students.
 
The selection procedure will consist of 3 phases:
 1. Eligibility’s verification of the candidate both by Home and Host higher educational establishments by Requested documents of application.
2. Candidates’ interview at the Home higher educational institution accomplished by the the Program Management Committee.
3. Academic evaluation of the candidate by Home and Host higher educational establishments according to the Selection criteria.

If candidates apply for UNDERGRADUATE:

 SELECTION STAGE:

Selection results
After the selection procedure is complete, all the applicants will be informed through email about the results. У вас должен быть включен JavaScript для просмотра. Then Student Agreement and Learning Agreement have to be signed between the grantee, Home and Host universities. After your Student Agreement is signed, you will not be allowed to accept any other Erasmus Mundus scholarship during the period of this Student Agreement.  

Visa
After you have accepted as an Erasmus mobility student, please, immediately contact the embassy of the country. The Host University will provide you with the Acceptance Letter and give assistance with any necessary information (accommodation, administrative issues, etc.)

Travel plan
Travel tickets are to be purchased by mobility students taking into account the amount of travel costs compensation – 275 euro. Travel costs of mobility students will be reimbursed by the International Office of the Faculty of Economics, VŠB-Technical University in Ostrava, the Czech Republic. Key points for making your travel plan :
•    You are responsible for respecting the flight terms and conditions and for checking that the travel itinerary is compatible with your visa/residence permit.
•    You must keep the original plane boarding cards/train/bus tickets and deliver them to your Host University.
•    No additional intermediate trips in the course of your mobility will be covered by the project. In case you travel during your mobility, these trips will be at your own cost. Please note that you will also need to ask for the authorization of your Host University before doing any of these intermediate trips.
 
Insurance
The sending and receiving institutions will provide assistance in obtaining insurance for incoming and outbound mobile participants, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
The receiving institution will inform mobile participants of cases in which insurance cover is not automatically provided.
